The topic of mental health awareness has grown over the years. We are learning more about the effects of mental health in the work place and how it relates to productivity. According to a study by Mental Health America, one in five Americans live with mental illness, conditions that affect people during their prime working years and have a tremendous effect on one’s ability to fully participate in life – both at home and in the workplace.
