Lisa has over 30 years of consulting experience in the nonprofit sector as a process reengineer and has served over 300 non-profits. Lisa joined Kiwi Partners in 2008 and led the development and implementation of Kiwi Partners Internal Quality Management System - QMS.
As Lisa has done internally, she performs “Best Practice Reviews” for our clients, conducting visioning sessions, developing areas for operational improvement, designing, documenting, and testing standard business practices and technologies to get the work done efficiently and effectively. Her work identifies bottlenecks and finds efficiencies with a focus on utilizing technology. This includes evaluating, selecting, enhancing, and implementing accounting technology solutions such as Sage Intacct, Great Plains/Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, Fund EZ, MIP, MAS 90 & 500, BlackBaud Financial Edge, Workday, QuickBooks, Xero, Bill.com, Concur, Expensify, and Certify.
Before joining Kiwi Partners, Lisa spent over ten years with Ernst & Young, managing their NYC Entrepreneurial Management Consulting group. While at Ernst & Young, Lisa worked with a variety of nonprofit clients. At E&Y Lisa performed system reviews and process reengineering, accounting system selections and implementation, developed policy and procedure guides for clients and assisted management in developing full financial management accounting environments.
Lisa is a CPA and earned a B.S. in Accounting from SUNY Albany. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP), a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor, a certified Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist and certified Sage Intacct Accounting Specialist.
