Diana Gallardo first joined Kiwi Partners in 2000 as an accounting analyst, and rejoined our team in 2006 as Manager of Operations, having completed a law degree and passed the New York Bar. Diana now holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources and leads a dedicated team of five staff focused on outsourced Human Resource services supplementing the accounting services Kiwi Partners provides. In her role Diana is able to utilize her diverse financial, legal and management skills to benefit both Kiwi Partners staff and our nonprofit clients. Diana has been instrumental with facilitating - New Classrooms Innovation Partners – from inception to 75 employees. Diana established New Classrooms benefits package, commercial insurance, payroll service and designed on-boarding, off-boarding, performance evaluations, and other culture building processes. At all Diana’s clients she ensures employee communication and documentation is performed and completed in accordance with Labor Laws. Diana and her team maintain employee files ready for potential Labor Department or IRS audits. Diana’s tertiary education included study abroad, in Cambridge, England and Florence, Italy. She completed her law degree in Indiana, was a legal intern in Chicago and practiced as an attorney for a Brooklyn law firm. Diana has a strong commitment to social justice and community outreach and has volunteered at the New York Lawyers Association; The Brooklyn Botanic Gardens; was the President of 467 Hancock Condo Association. Diana Gallardo holds a Bachelor of Arts from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, and a Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University, School of Law, and is licensed to practice in New York State.
